In the spirit of being 1% better every day at Insight, the Take Care Committee invites all Insight members to join the Daily Dose of Wellness featuring themed activities to uplift your spirits and enhance your well-being each day!

🧘‍♂️ Meditation Monday: Start the week by relaxing your mind and feeling peaceful through mindfulness exercises.

💧 2 Litre Tuesday: Stay hydrated by committing to drinking two liters of water today to nourish and refresh your body.

🚶‍♀️ Walk Wednesday: Stand up and take a short break to walk around the office. Stretch your legs to boost your energy.

🤸‍♂️ Stretch Thursday: Stretch your arms and legs to get rid of tightness in your body. It's like giving yourself a big, cozy hug.

🍎 Fresh Fruit Friday: Treat yourself to some fresh, tasty fruit— it's like a sweet reward for being awesome all week!

Don't forget to share your experiences and spread the joy by sharing pictures of yourself or with your colleagues participating in these activities in the groups feed. Your photos inspire and motivate others to take care of their well-being too! 🌷🌷🌷
